EFQM Excellence Model – A Systematic Literature Review. A Proposal FOR a Maturity Assessment Framework

Performance Improvement is high on the agenda of most orga­nizations worldwide. A growing number improvement models are now available, and it necessary to adopt an approach earn attrac­tive organizational excellence performance.
